Booking

• To book a tour or event, please apply through the specific tour page on this website.
• Bookings for each tour or event are accepted up to 48 hours before the tour or event start time.

Fee and Payment

• The prices listed on each page are per person.
• Prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax.
• The full payment must be made by the specified deadline. Your booking will be officially completed once the payment is confirmed.
• Payment can be made via PayPal or with various major credit cards.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• If the price differs between the time of booking and the tour or event date, the amount paid at the time of booking will be applied as the fee.

Cancellation by Customer and Refund

• If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately via email. The cancellation will be considered effective when we receive and confirm your email notification.
• Important: Refunds will be issued after deducting any handling fees charged by PayPal or your credit card company from the total amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
• Refunds will be handled as follows:
  • If cancellation is confirmed by us within 24 hours of the start time of the tour or event : No refund will be provided.
  • If cancellation is confirmed by us within 48 hours of the start time of the tour or event: A 50% refund will be provided.
  • If your cancellation is confirmed by us more than 48 hours before the start time of the tour or event: A full refund will be provided.
  • After the tour or event: No refunds will be issued for any reason after the tour has taken place.
• Refunds will be issued in Japanese yen(JPY). We do not guarantee or compensate for any exchange rate differences.

Cancellation by TJ and Refund

• If the fee is not paid by the due date, the booking will be automatically canceler without further notice.
• If the tour or event cannot be held due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, the booking will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued for any fees paid.
• Refunds will be issued in Japanese yen(JPY). We do not guarantee or compensate for any exchange rate differences.

Changes

• If you wish to change the date of your booking, you can do so once free of charge. Please contact us by email as soon as possible. Changing dates within the same tour incurs no additional cost. However, depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
• If you wish to switch to a different tour or event than the one you originally booked, you can do so once free of charge. Please contact us by email as soon as possible. However, depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request. If the new tour or event has a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly. No fees will apply to this adjustment.
• A fee of 3,000 JPY will apply for any changes made after the first one.

Tour or Event Details and Important Notes

• After you complete your booking, we will email you with details including the meeting location for the day of the tour or event and the contact information for your assigned guide.
• We will send reminder emails one week and two days before your tour or event date.
• We will make every effort to contact you by mobile phone if you are late or miss any part of the tour. However, we accept no responsibility for, and will not provide refunds for, any missed portions of the tour for any reason.
• The tour or event will start at the scheduled time and will not wait for guests who arrive late.
• If you’re joining an outdoor tour or event in the summer, please ensure you are in good physical condition. Summers in Japan are hot and humid.

Precautions for Participating in Tours or events Involving Food and Beverages

• We will send you an email requesting information about any food allergies or dietary preferences, such as vegan or vegetarian options. Please respond with the necessary details.
• For tours or events where alcoholic beverages are served, please be mindful of your behaviour and drink responsibly to avoid causing inconvenience to other participants.
• In accordance with Japanese law, the legal drinking age is 20 years or older.

Other Remarks

• We comply with Japan’s Travel Agency Act and all related regulations. As a tour operator, we do not provide transportation or accommodation arrangements in accordance with the Travel Agency Act. Only licensed travel agencies are authorized to offer these services; tour operators are not permitted to do so.
